Construction of two 44-family residential buildings at Priest Stanisława Matrasia Street in Biłgoraj
The subject of the contract is the construction of two 44-family residential buildings with a set of internal and external installations and other accompanying infrastructure, located at Księdza Stanisława Matrasia Street in Biłgoraj. The buildings are to be located on plots No. 105/2 and 105/3 with elements of infrastructure on plots No. 105/1, 103, 81 ark 13. 1). Bydynek No. 1 designed on plot 105/2 - number of storeys - 4 above-ground and 1 underground - number of apartments - 44 - usable area of apartments - 2326.62 m2 - net area of the building (sum of all rooms) - 3316.93 m2 - built-up area - 888.47 m2 - cubic capacity - 11772.22 m3 2). Bydynek No. 2 designed on plot 105/3 - number of storeys - 4 above-ground and 1 underground - number of apartments - 44 - usable area of apartments - 2454.89 m2 - net area of the building (sum of all rooms) - 3476.61 m2 - built-up area - 922.94 m2 - cubic capacity - 12228.94 m3 3). Development for both buildings: - water and sanitary sewage connections, - rainwater sewage connections with a section of the sewage network in Ks. Matrasia Street, - drainage, - underground retention reservoirs, - internal roads, sidewalks, - parking lots with designated places, - external lighting, - garbage shelter with waste containers, - ground external installations serving heat pumps, - energy supply, - fence on the pedestal with barriers, power supply and control, - playground, - low and high greenery device, - other accompanying works, including: making the necessary tests, start-ups, measurements and tests, e.g. UDT along with obtaining permits for the use of buildings. The built facility should meet all the requirements in force on the day of commissioning (with particular emphasis on the required accessibility for people with special needs). Before submitting the tender, the Contractor may visit the construction site and its surroundings in order to assess, on its own responsibility, cost and risk, all factors necessary to prepare a reliable offer, including all necessary preparatory, essential and accompanying works.
