Advisory services related to passenger information and distribution systems
The services to be provided are:
VBB's central tasks include offering and further developing a uniform inter- and multimodal passenger information and integrated sales system throughout the network to users in the Berlin-Brandenburg region and beyond. This is done via our own information services on the Internet (VBB.de), on VBB mobile information and ticketing apps or in cooperation with transport companies and third partners. The development towards inter- and multimodal passenger information, the development and operation of a multimodal mobility platform, the conception and introduction of alternative digital mobility offers, and the further development of sales within the VBB and beyond play a special role in this. The future use of information on deviations from the planned offer (real-time information from operational control systems, capacity recording systems as well as fault information from editorial systems) for passenger information and follow-up monitoring as well as for operational management based on national and European interfaces and linking to systems of regional, national and international partners is of particular importance. For the further implementation and further development of this concept, VBB needs support based on tasks, events and projects.
The binding maximum amount of advisory days for the entire term is set at 660 days.
