The purpose of the purchase is to supply the Filters for the building's ventilation machines to the subscribers under the conditions specified in this invitation to tender and its annexes. The aim is that the contract period begins on April 1, 2019 and ends on March 31, 2021. In addition, the contracting entity reserves the right to extend the contract year by year, subject to a maximum of two (2) option years. The use of the option will be decided by the contracting entity at the end of the actual contract period after separate negotiations with the contract supplier.
