The Department of Eure has set up a group of orders open to legal entities governed by public law in particular:

— the Departmental Fire and Rescue Service of the Department of Eure for its buildings — SDIS 27;

— colleges of the Department of Eure, for their need not covered by a CVC operating contract including the supply of energy;

— the Department of Eure for its buildings. It is recalled that members are assured of the quality of non-domestic clients carrying out missions of general interest related to the satisfaction of the basic needs of the nation within the meaning of the regulations on public service obligations in the gas sector. The Department of Eure is the coordinator of the grouping of orders for the purchase of gas. The coordinator is the member designated in the constituent instrument of the grouping of orders to organize the entire consultation, to sign and notify the agreement... (see WFD).
