Conduct and maintenance of heating, air and water treatment systems, legionella service, equipment maintenance and repair, supply of treatment products and common equipment for the 2 swimming pools (Le Grand 9 and Aqua 9) .

Provision of driving and maintenance: for the operation and maintenance of pools, these services will be the subject of a service contract, pursuant to Article 25 I of Decree 216-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public procurement. These services represent the largest part of this contract. For supplies of treatment products and standard equipment: for supplies of treatment products and standard equipment, these services will be subject to purchase orders without minimum or maximum, pursuant to Articles 78 to 80 of Decree 216- 360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public procurement. The contracting authority may issue purchase orders throughout the duration of the contract set out above. The order will be notified by the contracting authority by issuing purchase orders as and when required. The CCAP determines the content of purchase orders. Each purchase order will specify the delivery times of which it is the object, without this duration can not exceed 8 days, as from its date of notification (unless indicated otherwise on the purchase order).
