The object of the order is the reconstruction and extension of the F building of the National Institute of Cardiology covering all design work, construction works - installation and delivery, installation and commissioning of medical apparatus with training.

The object of the order is the reconstruction and extension of the F building of the National Institute of Cardiology covering all design work, construction works - installation and delivery, installation and commissioning of medical apparatus with training.

The scope of the contract includes:

1) developing the concept of reconstruction and extension of the building and agreeing the concept with the Ordering Party,

2) preparation of documentation for the design and cost estimate of the reconstruction and extension of the building and accompanying infrastructure, including obtaining a construction permit, taking into account

reconstruction of the internal and extension of the F building and reconstruction of the adjacent building E3, thermomodernization of 3 (three) patio, delivery and commissioning of 2 (two) RTG apparatus in hybrid operating rooms, with accompanying equipment and technical infrastructure enabling their proper operation,

3) the implementation of construction works on the basis of documentation compiled by the Contractor, including the execution of multi-industry construction works and the supply and installation of elements of equipment, in accordance with the accepted timetable for the implementation of the investment,

4) obtaining, on behalf of the Contracting Authority and any other administrative decisions necessary for the execution of the documentation and implementation of the investment covered by the compiled documentation. In particular, the Contractor undertakes to agree on design documentation in the areas of fire protection, environmental conditions, health and safety and hygiene and sanitary requirements,

5) the execution of surveying inventory documentation and the preparation of documents for entry in the record sheet,

3. The specific scope of the object of the contract shall be specified: Technical requirements for apparatus constituting Annexes No 2.1 to No 2.6 to SWZ, Functional-Utility Programme constituting Annex No 3 to SWZ and Designed contract provisions constituting Annex 10 to the SWZ.

4.The Contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with applicable standards and regulations, in particular Construction Law, in accordance with the principles of technical knowledge and construction art, with due diligence, good quality, conduct of works with preservation proper organization of work, in accordance with health and safety regulations.

5. Works will be carried out on the premises where the hospital's active facilities are located and should be arranged in a manner that prevents disruption of its functioning and marked accordingly.

6. The warranty and warranty period for the subject of the contract shall be a minimum of 60 months from the date of signing the final reception protocol.
