The object of the contract is the management of the catering service at the ADISU premises used as a university canteen, and includes the supply of foodstuffs, the preparation and distribution of self-service meals. The service also includes all auxiliary services including the completion of cleaning, disinfection, disinfestation, sanitation and maintenance (of the premises, facilities, equipment and furnishings) as better specified in the specifications.
