Lot 1 - delivery of PC technology (pre-configured).

The following services are advertised as a framework contract in lot 1 (page 44 ff of the specifications):

140x monitors 24", 140x workstation PC, 37x notebook, 5x NAS system, 30x webcam incl. tripod, 2x notebook trolleys, 5x docking station.

No installation is required for lot 1. This is a pure delivery order.

The stated quantities are reference quantities. These reference quantities are only used for calculation. No purchase obligation can be derived from this. Details can be found in the specifications under “Component purchase price” (page 57).

Lot 2 - Delivery and installation of presentation equipment.

The following services are advertised as a framework contract in lot 2 (page 59 ff of the specifications):

25x document camera, 15x large screen 70 “, 40x short distance projector, 12x standard beamer, 25x projector interactive, 25x whiteboard, 25x side panels, 45x pylon system incl. whiteboard, 90x active speaker set, 70x disassembly old board system, 20x relocation of existing panel systems, 1500 running meters of cable duct, service (70h system specialist, 140h technician /fitter)

Assembly, installation, cabling, configuration and programming of the delivered hardware ready for operation and including any required licenses must be carried out in accordance with the description in the specifications.

Lot 3 - delivery of tablets.

The following services are advertised as a framework contract in lot 3 (page 87 ff of the specifications):

Devices that can be integrated into the existing MDM (Jamf School) are to be offered.

Lot 4 - Delivery, installation and configuration of LAN technology.

The following services are advertised as a framework contract in lot 4 (page 98 ff of the specifications):

40x Switch, 150x Access Point, 80x SFP+ Modules, 320x Patch Cable (0,25m), 320x Patch Cable (0,5m), 320x Patch Cable (1m), 75x Patch Cable (2m), 75x Patch Cable (3m), 40x Patch Cable LWL LC-LC (2m), 300 m Cable Duct, Service (30h system specialist, 60h technician/fitter).
