Appointment of a design team (design office) responsible for:
- drawing up a master plan
- the design of a health campus (multidisciplinary outpatient clinic + general practitioner outpost)
- the follow-up of the realization of this health campus
- the associated construction works, including reporting for energy performance control, stability study, study of technical installations, interior design, safety coordination design and realisation.
- Environmental hygiene research, necessary for the application of the environmental permit
- Ad hoc architectural study and consultancy assignments.
For expertise that the architect does not have in-house, he can call on subcontractors.
The initial assignment of 6 years can be tacitly extended 3 times for a period of 1 year.
