The subject of the contract is the insurance of the property and civil liability of the Provincial Ambulance Station and Sanitary Transport “Meditrans” of the SPZOZ in Warsaw. The description of the object of the order is specified in the attachments to the Specification of the Order Conditions. The Contracting Authority informs that in the event of an offer by the Mutual Insurance Society, the Contracting Authority will not become a member of the TUW by the fact that the contract is concluded. The TUW shall submit an offer under SZ-compliant terms with its annexes, and the possible selection of the offer submitted by TUW will not involve the acquisition or maintenance of TUW membership. All requirements specified in the documents indicated in the SWZ are minimum requirements and their compliance is obligatory. Failure to comply with the minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as incompatible with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226 (1) (5) of the Law Pzp.
