- approx. 1,000 m³ earthworks and disposal of soil materials,

- Installation of various drainage devices inc. Piping

- approx. 1,700 m² paving work including base layers and edgings,

- approx. 5,000 m² asphalt construction work, partly including base courses and edgings,

- Installation of various equipment elements (benches, bollards, etc.),

- planting of about 20 large trees,

- production of approx. 500 m² of lawns and meadows,

- Fertigstellungspflege.
