The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide comprehensive coverage of a set of services for the maintenance of roofs, roofs and all rainwater drainage networks of buildings belonging to the Presidency of the Republic. The contract is mixed, it includes part of the level 1 preventive and corrective maintenance services carried out at a fixed price and the level 2 to 3 corrective maintenance services, carried out on a unit price. The estimated value indicated in this notice relates only to services at unit prices, all periods combined, i.e. 4 years
