The district office Lichtenberg of Berlin intends to rehabilitate and expand both existing SK buildings, a primary school and an integrated secondary school (ISS), at the school location Sandinostrasse 8-10, 13055 Berlin-Lichtenberg. The two existing porthalls and a MUR building are to be demolished. Two three-field sports halls as well as required break and outdoor sports spaces have to be built anew.
Architectural and engineering services for the performance profile of technical equipment for plant groups 4 and 5 must be provided for this purpose in accordance with § 55 HOAI (2021). The services include service phases 2, 3 and 5 to 9 HOAI (2021) and optionally service phase 4.
For the expansion of the dual location, the renovation of the two 5-storey school buildings each with canteen extension, the primary school at Wilhelmsberg with modular complementary building (MEB 21) and the Gutenberg School as an integrated comprehensive school with secondary secondary school (ISS), as well as supplementary building with 2 new three-field sports halls along with required Break and outdoor sports spaces at the Sandinostrasse 8-10, 13055 Berlin-Lichtenberg site are to be awarded planning services in accordance with HOAI (2021) for technical equipment, plant groups 4 and 5 in accordance with § 55.
The services include service phases 2, 3 and 5 to 9 HOAI (2021) and optionally service phase 4.
Performance level 1 will first be commissioned.
The construction site has a total size of approx. 34 680 m
For the existing school building of the elementary school, together with the planned 1-5-storey extensions and the existing MEB, a needs-based gross floor area will be achieved; the additional building volume here is approx. 2,015 m
In the case of the integrated comprehensive school, there is an additional building volume of around 10,831.50 m for necessary modernizations and functional adjustments in the existing building volume as well as 1-5-storey extensions (assuming that no rooms in the primary school are also used)
The requirements of the sports halls are met due to the double location with 2 3-field halls.
Total construction costs according to DIN 276 of approximately EUR 64,000 (gross) are earmarked for construction measures.
The completion of the new school location is planned for the end of 2028.
The construction project is implemented starting with an open two-phase implementation competition (RPW) for applicant communities of architects and landscape architects.
The client reserves the right to gradually commission individual service sections as an option until the construction work has been completed. There is no legal entitlement to commission the entire service.
The commissioning is based on the valid contract model of the ABau.
