the purpose of this contract is the appointment of a multidisciplinary team that will be in charge of the development of an urban and programming study for the renovation of the city Mont-Lucas I, II, III, and Iv.

The objective of this study is to specify to the project owner and its partners the conditions of development of the sector, on the basis of an urban programming, organized and co-built with all the partners associated with the project.

this mission consists in understanding in a precise and detailed way the current context, its constraints and its potentialities, in order to propose a coherent project in view of the challenges of the district

the titular group, specialized in technical, urban, architectural, landscape and social studies, will develop the urban project at the level of definition required to initiate the operational development procedures. It will accompany SIGUY and the community in the co-construction of the urban project with current and future occupants and will present to the project owner the studies and regulatory procedures necessary for the completion of the project.
