Order description.

1. The subject of the order is:

• collection and development of municipal waste from inhabited properties located in Novgorod Bobrzański Municipality in a way that ensures adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reducing the mass of municipal waste biodegradable transferred to storage;

• use of municipal waste accepted in the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (so-called PSZOK).

2. The contract includes:

1) receiving and landscaping municipal waste from inhabited properties:

(a) unsegregated (mixed),

(b) received selectively,

2) the collection and management of municipal waste accepted and collected in the PSZOK in accordance with Resolution No XXI/191/2020 of 1 April 2020 of the Municipal Council in Novgorod Bobrzański
