The purpose of the single-awarding Framework Agreement is, on 1 January 2024, the transmission and supply of electricity and natural gas for the specific needs of each member of the consortium taking part in this consultation, including the following services: The complete supply of electricity and natural gas to the delivery points of the members concerned; all services defined in the CCP and all services associated with the supply of electricity and natural gas;access to public transmission and distribution networks and their uses;services ancillary to the missions of Distribution System Operators (DSOs) gathered in the service catalogues of each DSO
