Delivery in 2024 of items of uniforms and equipment - sleeping bags

The subject of the contract is the delivery in 2024 of items of uniforms and equipment - sleeping bags. The subject of the contract has been divided into 2 tasks.

Under the contract, the Contractor shall be obliged to deliver the objects of the contract to the places indicated by the Contracting Entity.

The objects of the order must be manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in the relevant Military Technical and Technological Documentation (WDTT): 729B/MON

The subjects of the order will be subject to quality supervision carried out by RPW in accordance with AQAP 2110 edition D version 1.

Individual items and packaging should be marked with bar codes in accordance with the provisions of Decision No. 3 / MON of the Minister of National Defense of January 3, 2014 on guidelines specifying requirements for barcode marking of products delivered to the Ministry of National Defense (Dz. Ministry of National Defense of 7 January 2014, item 11.) and the GS1 standard referred to in its content. The GS1 general specification and supporting documents for the supplier are available on the www.gs1.org and www.gs1pl.org websites.

TERM OF THE CONTRACT :

1) for Task No. 1

a) The Contractor is obliged to perform the basic contract within 180 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, or by 30 November 2024, whichever expires earlier

b) If the Ordering Party exercises the option right, the Contractor is obliged to perform the contract covered by the option right within 120 days from the date of informing the Contractor by the Contracting entity about the activation of the option right or by 30 November 2024 – whichever expires earlier.

2) for Task No. 2

a) The Contractor is obliged to perform the basic contract within 150 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, or by 30 November 2024, whichever expires earlier.

b) If the Contracting Authority exercises the option right, the Contractor is obliged to perform the contract covered by the option right within 120 days from the date of informing the Contractor by the Contracting entity about the activation of the option right or by 30 November 2024 – whichever expires earlier.

The contract may be signed after 01.01.2024.
