The Norwegian Food Safety Authority and the Norwegian Maritime Authority invite tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for vehicle leasing with an option for vehicle administration. The framework agreement will be valid for 3 years with an option for the Norwegian Food Safety Authority/Norwegian Maritime Authority for an extension for 1 year.

The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure the Norwegian Food Safety Authority and the Norwegian Maritime Authority's employees access to vehicles for inspection visits.

The Norwegian Food Safety Authority currently has approx. 160 ongoing vehicle leasing contracts, whilst the Norwegian Maritime Authority has approx. 50 vehicle leasing contracts.

The Norwegian Food Safety Authority will coordinate the procurement process and 1 tenderer will be chosen for ‘vehicle leasing with an option for vehicle administration’, but the Norwegian Food Safety Authority and the Norwegian Maritime Authority will enter into separate framework agreements with the chosen tenderer. Furthermore, the Norwegian Food Safety Authority and the Norwegian Maritime Authority are free to choose which options they will take up and include in the vehicle administration.
