The tender concerns the design and construction of Alpegården, a new 8-group daycare centre, as a barfield project.
The daycare center is a compact and lightweight two-storey building totaling approx. 1600 m2.
Project offered as turnkey contract
The project is located at:
Kildedal hill, Kongebakken 11
Smørumnedre, 2765 Smørum.
Local Plan 071
The project proposal broadly describes a two-storey house characterised by "the small in the big".
On the ground floor is the nursery and on the 1st floor is the nursery. The focus is on a principle of subsidiarity, with many different niches, learning zones and square meters close to the children.
The nursery usually consists of 24 children and the crèche consists of 12 children.
There are thus twice as many children on the 1st floor and a significantly greater need for activity rooms, due to the number and age of the children. Therefore, it is of great importance that the length of their "journey" to activity rooms is reduced.
The nursery needs the same functions, but here it is important that they are present in the child's immediate environment.
The house is intended to be multifunctional, so that the outdoor areas must be open to neighbors and citizens outside the daycare center's opening hours, and that the daycare center can use Kong Svend's mound and the surrounding area for excursions or the like.
If the house is to be able to lift the multifunctionality in the future, a so-called ADK system must be incorporated, as well as additional outdoor sheds for storage space for associations' gear bank.
Sheds and ADK installations are not included in the project proposal and must be incorporated by the Tenderer in the tender list
Arrival at the daycare centre takes place via the new extension of Kongebakken, as the developer establishes parking north of the building.
The building is located north/south on the site, which reduces the risk of overheating inside.
The land is located to the east, south and west of the building.
In accordance with local plan no. 071, an ancient monument line has been marked towards Kong Svend's mound.
The daycare center is a compact and lightweight two-storey building totaling approx. 1600 m2.
The concept of the project proposal is a modular construction.
Emphasis should be placed on flexibility, a high degree of repetition and minimal resource consumption. The project must be ecolabelled in accordance with the Nordic Ecolabel, the Nordic Swan Ecolabel.
In the project proposal on the 1st floor is indicated a hallway, the developer wants the hallway rethought by the Tenderer so that it can be used for safe living and play for the kindergarten room, with access to terrain.
It is a wish that the hallway creates covered exits and safe living zones for group rooms on the ground floor.
In connection with the bidding, the Offeror must submit a new proposal for the swallow aisle, as well as its pricing in the offer list.
Establishment of outdoor areas with playground, buildings in terrain, fencing, access and connection to existing parking area.
The design is carried out on the basis of the present project proposal and with the
traditional stages. Egedal municipality is therefore looking for a turnkey contract team that can ensure the further realization of the project.
