The implementation of tasks will be carried out in the "design and construction" system.

Implementation of the task entitled Increasing the capacity of the section Bardo Przyłęk - Kłodzko Główny on the railway line No. 276 Wrocław Główny - Międzylesie - construction of the spacing post will be carried out in the "design and construction" system and Special Conditions of the contract specified in the Agreement.

The subject of the contract is the design and execution of works consisting in the construction of a line lock from APO on the Bardo Przyłęk – Kłodzko Główny route, reconstruction of equipment in Bardo Przyłęk (installation of new relay and computer devices – one setting district), line locks on track No. 1 and 2 on the route Kamieniec Ząbkowicki – Bardo Przyłęk and adaptation of srk equipment on the Kamieniec Ząbkowicki and Kłodzko Główny railway stations in connection with the construction of new line locks with works accompanying the TT industry

and electrical power engineering.

The entire subject of the contract includes the implementation of:

1) design documentation necessary for the proper performance of all construction works and obtaining for it all the required opinions, arrangements, approvals, conditions, decisions and permits necessary to implement the subject of the contract;

2) all construction works in accordance with the scope of the contract on the basis of the design documentation developed by the Contractor and approved by the Contracting Authority, referred to in the above-mentioned point 1, and all preparatory works necessary to perform the scope of the Agreement and all activities required by law.
