The procurement is divided into three lots:

— Market No. 2120f0226 — Lot 1;

— Market No. 2120f0027 — Lot 2;

— Market No. 2120f0228 — Lot 3.

The benefits consist of ensuring migration and/or providing alternative access to analog and isolated analog line grouping access. They are also intended to ensure that all of the recipient's telephone access is maintained in operational condition and to route all associated inbound and outbound traffic.

The services relate to the provision, migration, connection of access and the routing of traffic inbound and exiting sites. They include:

— migration and/or substitution access to isolated basic access (T0), basic access grouping (T0 grouping), analog line grouping and isolated analog lines;

— the installation of primary access (T2), “Trunksip” accesses and the routing of associated telephone communications.

The licensee will migrate and maintain existing Internet access and maintain them in operational condition. The beneficiary's order holder will be able to create and maintain new access in operational condition.
