Procurement of lifting jack systems (HBA) in a particularly compact design, from planning to final acceptance, at the "New Plant Cottbus" in 2026.
The HBAs are to be installed in Hall 1, in building section 1, on the three IS 700 processing tracks 122, 123 and 124.
Each HBA consists of four jacks with a load capacity of 20t each. A total of 39 similar HBAs are to be procured. The tried-and-tested handover of the lifting jack systems to be procured to the company is planned for 28.10.2026.
Included in the scope of delivery are all components and assembly elements that are necessary for the functional
and construction and installation of the lifting jack systems in accordance with requirements, in accordance with
of this Technical Procurement Document. Furthermore, the scope of delivery includes
all necessary electrical and electronic components and equipment and connections,
including controls and distortions of required control lines for a
safe and functional HBA. In addition, as part of the implementation planning, the Contractor
an overall safety concept for the operation of the HBA, taking into account surrounding
to develop systems (such as cranes, roof work platforms, etc.) and to coordinate them with the client.
The EC type-examination required for the issuance of the declaration of conformity with CE marking
according to the Machinery Directive is also part of the scope of delivery.
Also included in the scope of delivery is the production of a sample jack system including a test setup
and test phase in a plant of the client and the associated intermediate tests.
The scope of delivery and services also includes assembly including all necessary aids
and tools, taking into account the general conditions on the construction site or in the new
plant as well as all necessary approval and acceptance processes.
The scope of delivery includes 39 similar lifting jack systems with the following features:
• 4x 20 t load capacity in a particularly compact design with a maximum height of 2.0 m
Lifting height of at least 1.7 m, lower clamp position approx. 600 mm, upper clamp position approx. 2,300 mm
Freely movable with electric chassis
Control and safety technology
• Connection options for hand tools
Network connection for integration of the system into a higher-level plant control system
The lifting jack systems are products of test level 2 that are subject to quality testing in accordance with guideline 120.0381V14 of Deutsche Bahn AG. All necessary proofs as well as the cooperation with the quality inspection service of DB AG are also part of the scope of delivery and
are not remunerated separately. EVB Quality Assurance Procurement must be observed.
