This consultation concerns the acquisition and renewal of vehicles in CNG energy or electrical energy to allow a transition of our vehicle fleet on "green" energies. Currently some vehicles do not meet the criteria of the low emission zone that will be implemented from 1.1.2020. In addition, these criteria are tightened at 1.1.2021, prohibiting the parking and circulation of commercial vehicles that do not have a Crit air 2 or lower sticker. Purchases will therefore be passed quickly after notification of this market to best meet this standard. These constraints are put in place to all the vehicles during peak pollution alerts level N2 (decided by the prefecture), hence the need to adapt also the fleet light vehicle in a second time. This invitation to tender is open and is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-1 and 2 and R. 2124-1 and 2 of the Public Order Code.
