The contracting authority wishes to conclude a framework contract with up to three tenderers under which contracts for the supply of apprentice furniture may be awarded for a period of two years, with a unilateral optional extension of up to two times one year. In addition to supplying and installing the student furniture, it is very important that the supplier can offer guidance and advice on every project, where this is desired. Advice and guidance per project has to do with:
- Planning/lead time;
- Translating the vision of the location into the good furniture;
- Advice on budget and final price;
- Guide (inspiration) sessions.
When delivering the furniture, the new furniture must also be installed and placed in the right place in the right room. Within Kindante there are various possibilities what happens to the furniture to be replaced.
Lot 1The maximum financial value of the framework agreement is €2,193,216 for the entire term.
