Waste paper and packaging collection from apartment buildings.

The contract includes collection, transport and delivery of packaging waste and waste paper from packaging suppliers through so-called property-related collection.

"Packaging deliverers" means households in apartment buildings and households with shared waste collection, and co-located businesses that have notified that they want municipal collection.

The contract includes the collection points where packaging and waste paper are collected in containers. Pick-up points where packaging is collected in bottom-emptying systems are not included in this contract.

The contracting includes mainland and islands with a bridge connection throughout the municipality.

The contract is not subject to in-house bidding.

The order is responsible for customer service, record keeping and billing of waste fees.
