The subject of the order is the delivery and implementation of the Integrated IT System.

The subject of the Agreement will be implemented in the following Stages:

1) STAGE I — PRE-IMPLEMENTATION ANALYSIS,

2) PHase II — CONCEPT AND TIMETABLE FOR IMPLEMENTATION,

3) Stage III – TEST ENVIRONMENT, DATA TEST MIGRATION, DEVELOPMENT OF INTEGRATION MECHANISMS, TRAINING.

4) STAGE IV — DATA PRODUCTION MIGRATION, IMPLEMENTATION OF INTEGRATION MECHANISMS AND PRODICTIVE LAUNCH OF THE SYSTEM,

5) Stage V — SYSTEM RECURRENCE CARE,

6) STAGE VI — COPYRIGHT SUPERVISION WITH THE SERVICE.

NOTE: The Contractor is obliged to attach to the offer Annex No. 11 to the OPZ.
