Description:

Provision of forest management services in the area of the Wolsztyn Forest District in 2024

Package I (1/24) – forest management works in the following forests: Dąbrowa-01, Kębłowo-02

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356, as amended – the "Forest Act") including forest management works to be performed in the area of the Wolsztyn Forest District – Dąbrowa and Kębłowo Forest Districts in 2024.The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of forest management works resulting from the Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference, which consists of: Appendix No. 2.1.1 - planned size of works, Appendix No. 2.2.1 - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and location, Appendix No. 2.4.1.1 - information on the nature of forest care (zones for weed mowing), Appendix No. 2.4.2.1 - list of items not available for renewal with the planter. Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject matter of the contract are specified in Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference, which consists of:

Appendix 3.1. "Description of the standard of forestry work execution technology";

Appendix No. 3.2.Description of the standard of forestry work execution technology in the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Zielona Góra adopted by Decision No. 65 of the Regional Director of the State Forests of 27.07.2023. on the establishment of a regional standard for the technology of execution and acceptance of works (case number: ZG.0301.2.2023).

The detailed description of the standard of the technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) specified in Appendix No. 3.1 to the Terms of Reference and in Appendix No. 3.2 to the Terms of Reference is the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference). If the activity described in the above-mentioned appendices is not provided for in the description of the subject matter of the contract (Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference), then the provisions of Appendix No. 3.1 to the Terms of Reference and Appendix No. 3.2 to the Terms of Reference shall not apply in this respect.

Package X (10/24) – timber harvesting in the forest areas: Pozowo-07, Nowe Tłoki-06

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the provisions of Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356, as amended – the "Forest Act") including works in the field of timber harvesting and harvesting to be performed in the area of the Wolsztyn Forest District – Nowe Tłoki Forest District, Plaintiff in 2024. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of timber harvesting and harvesting works resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference, which consists of: Appendix No. 2.1.10. - planned size of works, Appendix No. 2.2.10 - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and locations, Annex 2.3.1.4 – characteristics of forestry in terms of timber harvesting, Annex 2.3.2.4 – assortment system of timber harvesting in forestry, Appendix No. 2.3.3.4 – list of distances and conditions of wood harvesting, Appendix No. 2.3.4.4 – list of items with additional difficulties in the field of harvesting and harvesting, Appendix No. 2.3.5.4 – list of items not available for machine harvesting, Appendix No. 2.3.6.4 – information on the optimal technology of timber harvesting (potential). Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject matter of the contract are specified in Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference, which consists of:

Appendix 3.1. "Description of the standard of forestry work execution technology";

Appendix No. 3.2.Description of the standard of forestry works execution technology in the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Zielona Góra adopted by Decision No. 65 of the Regional Director of the State Forests of 27.07.2023 on the establishment of the regional standard of technology for the execution and acceptance of works (case number: ZG.0301.2.2023).

The detailed description of the standard of the technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) specified in Appendix No. 3.1 to the Terms of Reference and in Appendix No. 3.2 to the Terms of Reference is the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference). If the activity described in the above-mentioned Appendices is not provided for in the description of the subject matter of the contract (Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference), then the provisions of Appendix No. 3.1 to the Terms of Reference and Appendix No. 3.2 to the Terms of Reference shall not apply in this respect.

Package XI (11/24) – timber harvesting in the following forest districts: Przychodzko-09, Huta-10

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the provisions of Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356, as amended – the "Forest Act") including works in the field of timber harvesting and harvesting to be performed in the area of the Wolsztyn Forest District – Przychodzko Forest Ranger, Steelworks in 2024. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest nursery and seed production resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference, which consists of: Appendix No. 2.1.14.- planned size of works, Appendix No. 2.2.14 - detailed size of works by groups of activities, location activities. Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject matter of the contract are specified in Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference, which consists of:
