Monitoring of the achieved results and energy management of EALS. Operation and maintenance of the constructed external artificial lighting system, including additional awarding of maintenance, operation, and repair activities, as well as other additional activities on external artificial lighting networks and facilities beyond the scope of the investment undertaken by the Contractor for implementing the energy-saving measures - option.
The scope and type of measures are according to the needs and requirements of the contracting authority, reflected in the Technical Specification and the Draft Contract. Within this public procurement, there is an Option for additional awarding to the selected Contractor for maintenance, operation, and repair of the street lighting networks and facilities in the Vitosha District of Sofia Municipality - neighborhoods Pavlovo-Bakston, Manastirski Livadi-West, Boyana, village Vladaia, neighborhoods Dragalevtsi, Knyajevo (including park), Simeonovo, beyond the scope of the investment undertaken by the Contractor for implementing the energy-saving measures. The order and conditions for awarding the planned option are specified in the contract.
