The consultation concerns the work of the 3rd section of public spaces of the ZAC Nice Méridia - sub-phase 2. The Operation, whose components and characteristics are described in the technical parts, is divided into 3 lots (see details below). Each lot will result in the award of a separate framework agreement. The three framework agreements are single-awarded. Their purpose is to carry out works. As regards Lot 1, economic operators submitting a tender must simultaneously submit a tender under the Framework Agreement and subsequent contract No 1

This consultation consists of 3 lots, each lot constituting a separate framework agreement. The consultation record shall also include subsequent contract No. 1 of lot No. 1. In the case of lot 1, a tender is requested under the framework agreement and under subsequent contract no. 1. Of the tenders submitted under subsequent contract No 1, only that of the successful tenderer of the framework agreement will be analysed. Lot 1 concerns VRD works: demolitions, earthworks, networks (ep, eu, aep, aeb, primary watering, Enedis ducts, Telecom ducts, lighting ducts), civil engineering, coatings, curbs, furniture, horizontal and vertical signalling. The Framework Agreement is without minimum amount with a maximum of 6,200,000 euros (excl. tax). The object of subsequent contract no. 1 of lot no. 1 is as follows: Rue Grout, réseaux. More specifically, it concerns:

O the networks associated with rue Emmanuel Grout;

O the beginning of the networks on the alleys Cours Méridia east and west

This consultation consists of 3 lots, each lot constituting a separate framework agreement. Lot No. 2 concerns lighting works: masts, wiring. The Framework Agreement has no minimum amount with a maximum of 460,000 euros (excluding tax).
