The Riverside Group wish to develop a minimum of 1 000 homes per year across the UK, they are looking to set up a framework to cover the North West Including Cumbria. The contractors will work on New build development for construction of houses on Riverside Land. The size of the schemes may range from 30 — 300 properties per development. We anticipate 4-6 contractors to be appointed.
