RegionData intends to enter into a contract for the procurement and administration of Microsoft licences. The contract shall form the basis for an efficient and rational process to purchase, administer and report the municipality's software use.

The contract's estimated extent is stated in the attached price form. Other additional services are described in the attached specifications. A system for licence administration is wanted as an option.

A contract shall be signed with one service provider. The contract will be based on the government's Standard Contract SSA-k-small with annexes. The contract period is 2 years with option for the contracting authority for an extension of 1 + 1 year.
