The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129, as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, tourist forest management to be carried out in the Cewice Forest District in 2020.
The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, as well as other forest works resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR, which consists of: - Annex 3.1. - size of works per activity, Annex 3.2. - difficulty zones and logging distances - Annex 3.3 - timber harvesting system. Material ranges listed in Annexes 3.1.-3.3. are quality estimates. The quality standards relating to all significant features of the subject of the contract are set out in Decision No. 126 of the General Director of State Forests of August 12, 2019 regarding the provision of uniform model documents and the application of quality standards relating to all significant features of the subject of the order regarding procurement forest services in the field of forest management in organizational units of the State Forests. The detailed description of the technology standard for performing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract specified in this decision is included in Annex 4 to the ToR. Descriptions of the codes of activities describing individual forest activities (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex 4 to the ToR. A description of the rules for the forest works acceptance procedure is included in Annex 5 to the ToR. Due to the actual natural and weather situation that may occur during the implementation of the subject of the contract, as well as the unforeseen economic and economic situation, the Purchaser reserves the right to make reducing, increasing, finding new locations, as well as suspending operations tables indicated in individual rows describing the subject of the order. Increased corrections do not mean the introduction of new works not covered by the scope of the basic contract, and decreases do not mean complete abandonment of some works. They should be understood as increasing the amount of work in one location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area (including locations in the Package Implementation Area not initially indicated in the Terms of Reference), while reducing the amount of work in another location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area , within the total amounts of individual works falling within the Subject Matter of the Agreement specified in the ToR, to be carried out throughout the Package Implementation Area. The need to increase the size of some elements of the contract being carried out in the course of the subject of the contract may also occur in order to implement the full scope of work described in the subject of the contract. The new location is determined as part of the subject of the contract, but always only in the Package Implementation Area. In the event of mandatory exclusion of items from harvesting in the machine system (harvesting of wood at cutting positions where the use of multi-operational machines is unacceptable) in particularly justified cases, e.g. changes in the conditions for which the above activities have been established, the Employer allows a change in logging technology.
