• Support in process optimization / internal control of activities (lot 2)

o Mission of experts in processes/internal control of activities

• Change management support (lot 3)

• Support in terms of Customer experience (CX), User experience (UX) and User interface (UI) (lot 4)

o Mission of project and program manager
