The Hans Furler Gymnasium Oberkirch is the largest school in the large district town of Oberkirch. The school building, which was built in reinforced concrete frame construction in the mid-1970s, is to be comprehensively renovated in several successive construction phases to meet the requirements of a modern educational institution. The structural modernization includes both the complete interior renovation (incl. building services), as well as energetic refurbishment in the KfW 70 standard. This is carried out simultaneously in compliance with school operations.
Painting and plastering work
The tendered services include the filling and subsequent coating of drywall walls and ceilings with emulsion paint, as well as the initial and overhaul coating of concrete and masonry surfaces with emulsion paint. Furthermore, the
