The contract includes the factory overhaul of various assemblies of the BV206 system. Each supply number constitutes its own specific lot. Due to the unknown number of potential repairers per supply number, quantity or partial lot formation is omitted at the stage of the participation competition. The lot division (partial and/or quantity lots) for awarding the contract will be made after evaluating the participation competition. Bidders must take into account when submitting their bids that the information regarding the respective specific lots are only estimated requirements derived from historical values and may also include any additional needs that arise. The actual orders placed during the contract period may differ in terms of the quantities required in a specific lot for the respective supply numbers and the lot as a whole. The upper limit for the respective contract is in any case the total quantity summarized in the relevant specific lot (sum of the quantities of the individual supply numbers). This contract does not obligate the contracting authority to award individual orders.
