The University Hospital Leipzig AöR intends to conclude framework agreements for planning services for infrastructure measures in the field of medium voltage (upgrading of medium-voltage switchgear (MSSA) incl. transformers, low-voltage main distribution board (NSHV).

For the perspective design of the framework conditions for a modern university medical center in Leipzig, the goals of the strategic orientation are constantly being further developed and transferred into a structural development plan. In order to continue to be able to guarantee maximum clinical care by Leipzig University Hospital, infrastructural prerequisites must be created for the building construction measures to be implemented on the campus of the Leipzig University Medical Center as part of the structural development planning. The lack of potential for future power requirements and the deficits in the grid itself, which in some cases significantly limit the ability to maintain, require a fundamental change in the basic network structure. This also includes properties outside the central location.

Against the background of the required recurring planning services of the same kind in several existing properties, a framework agreement is to be concluded for the implementation of the planning services in the course of the measures described above. After the conclusion of the framework agreement, the individual planning measure to be implemented in each case is described in a separate service description and commissioned in competition among the framework contract partners. It is assumed that the type of service, which is commissioned as an individual measure on the basis of the framework agreement by individual contract, is essentially the same and that the object-related framework conditions, which may differ, are minor in their deviation from each other. It is to be expected that infrastructure measures in the area of medium voltage (upgrading of MSSA incl. transformers and upgrading of NSHV, including installation of telecontrol technology) will have to be carried out as an estimated 11 measures. The planning of these measures is the subject of the task.

The estimated contract volume over 8 years (fixed term of 4 years with the option to extend it twice by 2 years each) is approx. EUR 12.6 million. The maximum value (call-off volume) of the order is set at 14,000,000.00 euros. The call-offs can therefore be made up to the maximum call-off volume (maximum value) of up to a maximum of EUR 14,000,000.00 million. The framework agreement ceases to have effect once the maximum value is reached.
