Contract for work and services for the disposal of old files as well as data protection-relevant paper and solid data carriers

Contract period: 01.02.2024 to 31.01.2028 (48 months)

Lot 1: various company locations in Berlin

- Disposal/destruction of approx. 5,500 tonnes of old files, 20 tonnes of solid data carriers and 1,000 tonnes of wastepaper basket (relevant to data protection) during the term of the contract

-ca. 24,000 change of containment containers (contract period)

- Provision of approx. 1,100 safety containers in various sizes (per month)

The bidder has the opportunity to get a personal impression of the local conditions at the contract object.

The property inspection should be completed by 05.10.2023 at the latest.

Bidders' questions must only be submitted in writing to the awarding authority via the tendering platform by 12.10.2023. Written information on this will be provided by 19.10.2023.

For the security containers offered, it is mandatory for the contractor to provide sample containers "Large, Medium, Small" free of charge.

The sample containers must be delivered to the DRV Bund Berlin location (Ruhrstr. 2, 10709 Berlin) and should be made available by 26.10.2023 at the latest.
