The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to provide support for the implementation of communication strategies, the design-creation and production of communication devices, for the benefit of the beneficiaries of the framework agreement.
lot 1 - recruitment communication devices of an amount less than 150 000 euro (s) (H.T.).The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to provide support for the implementation of communication strategies (Design-Creation, production, activations). These services cover in particular:- strategic planning: diagnosis, benchmarking, study of targets and receptivity of messages, analysis and proposal with regard to the problem submitted; - the strategic recommendation: creation-design of creative intentions for all types of media (advertising, print, digital, etc.), recommendation of activations, recommendation in terms of branding (platform and brand architecture, charter); - the realization of creative variations by typology of media: production and delivery of the various masters;- the possible realization of activations
lot 10 - Particularly complex communication devices: for projects of more than 150,000 euro(s) excluding tax, more than 6 months and of particular complexityThe purpose of the Subsequent Contracts Framework Agreement is to provide support services for the implementation of communication strategies (Design-Creation, production, activations).
