The Norwegian Food Safety Authority inspects nutrition entities, animal food and plant health, fish and animal health and animal protection, as well as meat inspections at slaughter houses. Such inspections involve, amongst other things, taking samples and dispatching them. Various equipment is needed for this work.

The Norwegian Food Safety Authority would like to enter into framework agreements for the procurement of such equipment. The equipment is detailed in Annex 2, appendix 1.2 — Equipment List for Inspections.

The Food Safety Authority intends to enter into 2 to 5 framework agreements, depending on the received tenders. Inspection material will be procured in the following product areas:

Chemicals and disinfection agents, cutting and polishing equipment, marking equipment for animals and meat, sample taking equipment, instruments, glasses, beakers, boxes, bottles, packaging, equipment for animals without an owner, veterinary medicine.
