The two-storey, slightly angled building of the school extends for about 86 m along the Breitenbachstraße and about 24 m along the Teutonenstraße.

The structure of the gym, which is about 45.60 x 6.80 m, is located north of the school building on Teutonenstraße. Adjacent to the gym is the caretaker's apartment. This has its own drinking water connection and central hot water. The cables are ground through and are flushed by electronic flushing valve at the end of the line.

Both components are not basement. The school has a kitchen.
