The procurement includes one turnkey contract for a four-storey service building, including the design and construction of the site. The project has a total of 144 apartments, of which 104 are group homes and 40 service apartments. The apartments are approximately 30 m² in size. According to the reference plan, the area of the site is estimated to be 8,395 k-m² and the useful area is estimated to be 6,386 m².
The turnkey contract includes a four-storey residential and service building with parking, maintenance and yard areas. On the ground floor of the building there are multifunctional facilities and maintenance facilities. Service apartments and group homes with production facilities are located on the 1st and 4th floors of the building. In addition to housing, care facilities include shared living, dining and washing facilities.
An assisted living facility building was previously located on the site of the site, and demolition work is currently underway. After demolition, levelling of the surface is carried out, the information of which and an estimate of the soil will be submitted in August in an additional letter to the invitation to tender.
There is also another assisted living building built in 2009 on the plot, which will remain on the plot. The gateway to the building preserved from the 1st floor of the building is the current one, and its connection is part of the contract.
5 LE-sized parking spaces will be built in the yard of the building, the rest will be in the existing parking areas.
