Concession of the service of use and management of the Municipal Stadium located in Corso Mazzini n. 15, consisting of:
- n. 1 football field for 11 players, regulated, in natural grass with related accessory elements (fences, bulkheads, escape routes, etc. );
- building with covered grandstand, team rooms, changing rooms, warehouses, etc. ;
- open grandstand with sectors organized for fans;
- building on two floors above ground;
- appurtenant areas as per the plan "areas and buildings given in concession";
The management is entrusted in compliance with the methods identified by Law no. 40 of 7 October 2009, “Consolidated text of the legislation on sport”.
The conditions of the concession are indicated in the Agreement of the concession of the service of use and management of the Municipal Stadium.
Concession of the service of use and management of the Municipal Stadium, with attached changing rooms and appurtenances, all as better described in the tender regulations and in the Convention as well as according to the conditions and methods that will be indicated in the Technical Offer by the competitor, for the duration of 5 (five) years, starting from the date of delivery of the plant and the management service, and the right to renew the contract, under the same conditions, for a further duration of 4 (four) years.
The ESTIMATED VALUE OF THE CONCESSION, pursuant to art. 167, paragraph 4, of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, including the exercise of the faculty of renewal for a further 4 (four) years and, therefore, referring to the total duration of 9 (nine) years, is equal to presumed € 719,100.00 (seven hundred and nineteen thousand hundred / 00). This value was determined, on the basis of the report drawn up by the company Paragon Advisory on 16 April 2021, by the RUP of the tender pursuant to art. 31 Legislative Decree no. 50/2016.
Since the plant is of no economic significance, IT IS NOT FORESEEN THE PAYMENT OF A CONCESSION FEE.
The Municipality of Sanremo, pursuant to art. 165 paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, will provide for the DIRECT PAYMENT OF ALL UTILITIES (water, electricity, gas, already registered to the Municipality) for the entire duration of the assignment, including any renewal. This payment WILL CONSTITUTE THE ONLY ECONOMIC INTERVENTION FOR THE MANAGEMENT PAYABLE BY THE MUNICIPALITY.
The presumed amount as of April 16, 2021 has been estimated at € 61,898.00 (sixty-one thousand eight hundred and ninety-eight euros), as per PEF drawn up by Paragon Advisory on the same date.
The MINIMUM CONTRIBUTION REQUESTED ON THE BASIS OF THE AUCTION amounts to € / year 15,000.00 (fifteen thousand / 00) for extraordinary maintenance work.
