Felles innkjøpskontor invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for pest control for Frogn, Nesodden, Vestby, and Ås Municipalities.

Tenders can be submitted for one or several parts of the assignment, i.e., tenders for the following parts:

1) Service contracts for buildings and kitchens, individual assignments and materials

2) Service contracts for water and sewage

If a tenderer is awarded more than one sub-contract, these can be combined into one contract.

Tenders must be submitted in the Mercell portal per sub-contract.

If a tenderer would like to submit a tender for both sub-areas, the tender must be submitted twice; one tender per sub-contract. 

Service contracts for buildings and kitchens.

The contracting authority would like the opportunity to enter into service contracts for the municipality's various buildings as needed. These can be both preventive contracts against rodents and black garden ants or service contracts related to municipal commercial kitchens, and must apply per building.

Individual assignments and material.

The contracting authority wants to order individual assignments in addition to the fixed assignments. This can be control, consultancy, prevention and control of minor vermin in municipal buildings / properties. In addition, we would like the tenderer to offer products that the contracting authority can legally procure for any self-pest control/mapping pests and insects.

The contracting authority would like the opportunity to enter into service contracts for the municipalities' entities for water and sewage (VA). This involves clearing rats from the sewage system for the municipalities by placing traps at given manholes/locations for the water and sewage network.
