The planned measure involves the installation of internal elevators in the stairwell of the 5-storey prefabricated buildings (plus the basement) in the following objects and house entrances:

- Ascherslebener Str. 3 and 8;

- Coimbraer Str. 2 and 9;

- Friedrich-Ezekiel-Str. 13, 14, 15 and 16;

- Staßfurter Str. 43 and 44;

- Wernigeröder Str. 1 and 10;

- Zeitzer Str. 19, 21, 22 and 24.

The measure is cross-street, but spatially connected in the urban area Halle-Süd.

The painting and final cleaning work of this measure must be carried out in the entrance area and in the stairwells.

The painting, final cleaning and associated hourly wages are to be offered as part of the installation of an interior elevator.

The scaffolding required for the work is to be brought by the executing company. The room heights are approx. 2.65 m, see also the attached planning documents.
