the Holder will be responsible for the production and distribution of sulphide and sulphated water to the points of use in the Thermal Establishment of enghien les Bains. This service includes the systematic and corrective preventive maintenance of thermal installations and equipment as well as the major maintenance and renewal of facilities for the production and distribution of sulphide and sulphated water. The details of the services and installations, which remain the property of the Municipality but are entrusted to the holder for the duration of the framework agreement, are defined in the CCTP
