Contract for the supply of services in respect of a project management led multi-disciplinary design team to deliver a Crematorium on the Council owned site. This team will be responsible for assembling and managing a competent and coherent team who will undertake the design of the Crematorium, prepare the necessary tender documents to appoint a third party to build the Crematorium as designed and perform contract administration and management role/duties and overseeing of the building work until completion on the site and including a 12-month defects liability period.
