The State Territorial Planning and Construction Inspectorate under the Ministry of Environment intends to purchase the support and development services of the application software (hereinafter referred to as the TPR) of the Republic of Lithuania, which consist of: 1) the support of the base of the TPR services provided on a continuous basis; 2) outsourced TPR development services provided at the hourly rate of one expert of the supplier specified in the tender on orders of the contracting authority in accordance with the actual time spent for the provision of those services, agreed with the contracting authority. The description, scope, characteristics and technical requirements of the Purchasing Services are set out in the Technical Specification (Appendix 2 to the Purchase Terms and Conditions).

Services consist of:

1. TPDR RU base support services, which are provided on a continuous basis;

2. outsourced TPR development services provided on the basis of the hourly rate of one expert of the supplier specified in the tender in the case of orders of the contracting authority based on the actual time spent for the provision of those services, agreed with the contracting authority.

The description, scope, characteristics and technical requirements of the Purchasing Services are set out in the Technical Specification (Appendix 2 to the Purchase Terms and Conditions).

The maximum amount of EUR 408.805,76 including VAT was allocated for the provision of outsourced TPDR PI development services.

2.3 Services are provided for 36 (thirty-six) months from the date of entry into force of the contract. The contract shall enter into force from the date of submission of the proper performance of the contract, but not earlier than 24 12-2021-12, and shall remain valid until all obligations under the contract are fulfilled.
