The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide services allowing the management of the civil engineering heritage which presents a major stake for the department. This management results in the programming of their surveillance, the performance of auscultations and investigations to define the origins of the disorders and finally to carry out maintenance and repair work according to the rules of the art.

The purpose of this lot is to carry out monitoring actions on departmental structures which will make it possible to assess their condition and thus schedule maintenance and repair work. The services of lot 1 are as follows:

- carrying out periodic detailed inspections,

- performing exceptional detailed inspections (after an incident: fire, vehicle collisions, boat collisions, etc.),

- carrying out detailed initial or end of warranty inspections after rehabilitation work,

- carrying out evaluation visits (equivalent to IQOA).

These services will be carried out in accordance with booklet 2 of the Technical Instruction for the supervision and maintenance of engineering structures (Itseoa) of the Roads Department of December 2010 for bridges and retaining walls and the LCPC technical guide ( Central Laboratory of Bridges and Roads) for vertical signaling structures (PPHM).

The purpose of this lot is to establish, on the one hand, study files allowing the realization of the structural assessment of aging structures and supporting more and more traffic, and on the other hand files decision support on repair work to be undertaken on structures with pathologies.

The purpose of this batch is, on the one hand, to carry out a health check of structures by evaluating the state of the materials constituting their structures and by detecting abnormal changes in the disorders by the instrumentation, and on the other hand , to ensure the quality of repair or construction works of structures.
