Open procedure for the assignment of the cleaning service of the municipal buildings belonging to the municipality of Termoli for an amount greater than the Community threshold to be awarded with the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer.

The contract consists of a single lot in consideration of the unity of the object of the contract itself and the execution methods of the service taking into account that the performance activity, object of the contract, does not require particular specialization or qualifications that make it necessary to division into lots, also considering that economies of scale may result from this determination.

The contract includes an office cleaning service and the continuous supply of cleaning materials and products for the cleaning service (compliant with the minimum environmental criteria set out in point 6.1 of the annex to Ministerial Decree 24.5.2012) as well as the continuous supply of material for the toilets (toilet paper, hand-washing soap, towel wipes).
