The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of collection and management of municipal waste (unsorted and segregated) from residential and uninhabited real estate, on which municipal waste is generated in the Kalwaria Zebrzydowska Commune, as well as the creation and operation of a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point. The scope of the subject of the contract includes, in particular: a) collection and management of municipal waste from residential and uninhabited real estate on which municipal waste is created, b) equipping residents with bags for selective waste collection, c) preparing and providing waste removal schedules to residents, d) reporting e) organizing the Municipal Waste Management System Service Office for the duration of the contract. e) generating, printing and distributing barcodes among property owners. Description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for its implementation are set out in Annex 1 to the Agreement.

1. The contractor is obliged to provide the service in question in the Kalwaria Zebrzydowska commune, covering the area in accordance with Annex 2 to the Agreement. 2. The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of collection and management of municipal waste (unsorted and segregated) from residential and uninhabited real estate on which municipal waste is generated and: 2.1. Equipping residents with bags for selective waste collection with a capacity of 120 liters of LDPE polyethylene film, semi-transparent, with a thickness ensuring bag strength, i.e. at least 60 microns, for the first time and for their gradual delivery after replacement from the property. The number of bags delivered should be selected so as to ensure the collection of all sorted waste generated on it. For the collection of segregated waste, a system of four colored bags or containers will apply: 1) blue - paper and cardboard, 2) green - glass, 3) yellow - plastics, metals and multi-material packaging, 4) brown - green waste. The number and size of containers is to be appropriate to the amount of waste generated. 2.2. Preparation and delivery of waste collection schedules to residents. 2.3. Preparation and delivery of leaflets promoting segregation and other documents related to the municipal waste management system to residents. 2.4. Performing reporting - monthly reports, semi-annual reports - compatible and compatible with the operating software. 2.5. Arranging cameras on cars in such a way that the visible sacks / containers are scanned by the Contractor's employees. 2.6. Provision of municipal waste collection services that are correctly labeled with bar codes. 2.7. Collection from municipal entrepreneurs in the Kalwaria Z. Commune of receipt of municipal waste. 2.8. Carrying out educational campaigns for children and pupils in kindergartens, schools in the commune of Kalwaria Z. 2.9. Establishment and operation of a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) under applicable legal provisions, in particular in accordance with the requirements of the Act of 13 September 1996. on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1454, as amended), by resolution of the City Council in Kalwaria Zebrzydowska on determining the detailed method and scope of rendering services in the field of municipal waste collection from property owners and management of this waste in accordance with applicable law, Resolution No. XXIII / 226/2012 of the City Council in Kalwaria Z. of 18 December 2012 on the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune of Kalwaria Z. and Resolution No. XV / 171 / 2016 of the City Council in Kalwaria Z. of 30 June 2016 amending the resolution on the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune of Kalwaria Z. If new resolutions are adopted, they will be submitted to the Contractor. The Contractor prior to the commencement of the service will notify the Ordering Party in writing that he is ready to operate. To check the readiness of PSZOK functioning, a site visit will be carried out by the Employer and a report will be written. The contractor is obliged, until the PSZOK is organized, to set up and operate a Mobile Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (maximum one month), with the scope of operation as a stationary point, on the above principles. 3. Before commencing the service, the Employer shall provide the Contractor with a list of real estate inhabited by residents and uninhabited real estate on which municipal waste is generated in the commune of Kalwaria Z. and the number of persons living in individual real estate. 4.
